1. Information the integration uses

Plan Quest accesses only the information needed for the action you request and the permissions you approve. Depending on your request, that may include:

• Account information such as your user ID, name, and email address.
• Plans, milestones, key results, dates, progress, folders, priorities, backlog items, mind maps, snapshots, and collaborator information that your Plan Quest account can access.
• Authentication records, approved permission scopes, and revocable OAuth or personal-key metadata. Plaintext access tokens and personal keys are not included in tool results.
• Technical and diagnostic information needed to secure and operate the service, such as timestamps, request status, latency, credential type, and a one-way actor identifier.

2. How information is shared with ChatGPT

When you connect Plan Quest to ChatGPT, ChatGPT may send the specific tool inputs needed to fulfill your request. Plan Quest returns the requested Plan Quest data to ChatGPT so it can answer you or render the Plan Quest workspace.

Tool responses are limited to the requested workflow. Large presentation-only payloads may be sent directly to the in-chat component instead of the model. Plan Quest does not sell personal information or use connected Plan Quest content to train its own general-purpose AI models.

OpenAI processes information under the terms and privacy choices that apply to your ChatGPT account. You control whether the app is connected and can revoke access at any time.

3. How we use information

• Provide the Plan Quest actions you explicitly request.
• Authenticate your account and enforce the permissions you approved.
• Keep write operations safe to retry and protect against conflicting updates.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce the Plan Quest terms of service.

4. Service providers

We use service providers to operate Plan Quest, including Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for application hosting, and monitoring or analytics services configured for the product. These providers process information on our behalf under their applicable agreements.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Human Quest LLC, or the public.

5. Retention and deletion

Plan Quest content remains associated with your account until you delete it or request account deletion, subject to limited retention required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backups. OAuth grants, refresh tokens, and personal keys can be revoked from AI Connections. Revoked credentials can no longer access your account.

6. Your controls

• Review or revoke connected-app access in AI Connections.
• Disconnect the plugin from ChatGPT in your ChatGPT settings.
• Edit or delete Plan Quest content from the Plan Quest application.
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

7. Security and children

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Plan Quest is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
